FlameCircle is a global community platform for fire spinning, flow arts, and related disciplines. The app and website (flamecircle.app) are operated by Rebecca Robinson, an individual based in the United Kingdom.

For the purposes of UK data protection law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Rebecca Robinson is the data controller for personal data collected through FlameCircle.

FlameCircle is currently free to use. Future monetisation (such as premium listings or a Pro tier) will be introduced transparently and will not alter our commitment to protecting your privacy.

Location & Map Data

FlameCircle includes an interactive global map displaying fire spinning meet-ups, jams, events, and community locations worldwide.

You can use the FlameCircle map without granting location access. Location permission is optional and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.

FlameCircle periodically collects publicly available information about fire spinning events from the open internet to keep the map up to date. This process:

Community Content

FlameCircle is a community-driven platform. Content you submit — including event listings, group descriptions, forum posts, and profile information — may be visible to other users of the app.

Third-Party Services

FlameCircle uses a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform. Each is subject to their own privacy policy:

Children's Privacy

FlameCircle is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Fire spinning and flow arts involve real safety risks, and our platform discusses fire performance, fuel handling, and live performance environments.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@flamecircle.app and we will delete that data promptly.

For users aged 13–17, parental or guardian consent is required to create an account.
